*All e-scooters are shipped free of charge. If you order equipment or spare parts with an e-scooter, the regular shipping costs will be charged for these. Shipping costs are calculated in the respective national currency based on the current exchange rate.
Shipping service providers
Delivery is by DHL and UPS.
The delivery time is approx. 1 - 3 working days within Germany. For all other countries, it may take 3-10 working days for your order to arrive, depending on the country.
