To insure your scooter, you need the data confirmation. In case it is lost, we can issue you with a new document for 79€.

This is how it works

Fill out our service form and send us the following additional information:

  • Certificate of no objection (issued by the police or the relevant registration authority) as proof that you are the actual owner of the vehicle.
  • Scan of your identity card
  • Photo of the factory plate / identification number of your scooter
  • Your postal address

What happens next?

After a short check, we will send you a new data confirmation by post.

Please note that the data confirmation is an official document and therefore cannot be sent by e-mail, not even in advance.
