In Eco mode, the 730 Wh battery capacity takes you up to 100 km.² Perfect for commuters, power users and anyone who wants to stay mobile every day. Charges while you sleep: The battery charges gently to preserve its lifespan in around 8 hours. Plug it in at night, ride off in the morning. That way, your E-Scooter adapts to your daily routine, not the other way around.
The Egret Unit's Li-Ion battery meets the latest and strictest battery safety standards in accordance with EN 50604-1. Going beyond previous standards, this standard includes, among other things, testing under extreme loads, additional mechanical tests such as crush tests, thermal shocks and simulated accidents. A battery and an E-Scooter simply cannot be any safer at present!
Comfortable dual suspension

Your command center with turn signals and a bright LED display: The display on the ergonomically shaped handlebars shows you speed, light status, battery level and riding mode – clearly and intuitively at a glance. From here you control the turn signals, lights and brakes on the left side and go full throttle with the thumb throttle on the right.

Everything you need to know about your e-scooter
In Eco mode, the Egret Unit has a range of up to 100 km.2 Your actual range in everyday use depends on your riding style, riding mode, terrain, load and temperature.
Yes. The Egret Unit is an approved light electric vehicle with a maximum speed of 20 km/h. In Germany, you do not need a driving licence or a helmet, but you do need insurance. Attach the insurance identification sticker to the integrated holder. We recommend the Egret Unit for riders aged 14 and over.
The battery takes approximately 8 hours to charge fully using the original charger supplied. The battery is charged gently by design – plug it in in the evening and you are ready to ride in the morning.
No. The battery is built in and is charged directly on the e-scooter. It can be removed relatively easily for repairs or maintenance – you will find instructions in the repair guides on our service portal.
The Egret Unit is suitable for people between 1.40 m and 2.05 m tall. The footboard is only around 18 cm above the ground, making it easy to step on.
Yes. You can see and test ride the Egret Unit at our outlet in Hamburg. Alternatively, use our dealer locator to find a specialist retailer near you. Please contact the retailer beforehand to check that they have an Egret Unit on display.
At the front, there is a suspension fork with 20 mm of travel. At the rear, there is a suspended swingarm with two spring elements and 30 mm of travel.
The suspension has a fixed setting and is designed for riders weighing between 60 kg and 130 kg. We have chosen a balanced set-up and high-quality components to suit as many riding situations as possible.
The Egret Unit uses specially developed 10-inch all-weather tyres with a gravel tread. They provide good grip on tarmac and light gravel paths, and more traction in winter than road-only tyres. Even so, adapt your riding to the weather and follow the guidance in the user manual.
The tyres do not have an additional puncture-protection insert, but they do have a thick, durable tread. If an inner tube is damaged, you can repair or replace it just as you would on a bicycle.
The Egret Unit has mechanical drum brakes at both the front and rear. They are robust, durable and work even when the e-scooter is switched off.
First, put the e-scooter into pairing mode:
- Switch off the e-scooter.
- Plug the charger into a mains socket.
- Connect the charger to the e-scooter.
The Egret app can now find your e-scooter so you can connect it. Pairing mode ends automatically after 5 minutes without a connection, or when the scooter is restarted. You can reactivate it at any time.
Yes. The Egret Unit comes with an Electric Green sticker sheet, and eight other coloured sticker sheets are also available. Use them to personalise the footboard, swingarm cover and steering head.
Alternatively, create your own design with the My Style Designer and have it printed. Sticker sheets cannot currently be reordered as spare parts.

The battery comes with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty.1 The e-scooter is also covered by statutory consumer rights.
Delivery within Germany is free on orders of €30 or more, so there is no delivery charge for your Egret Unit. For other countries, see the delivery charges and minimum order values on our delivery information page.
We usually dispatch orders within one to three working days. You can always see the current estimated dispatch date on the product page when you click “Order now”.
Please note: Once your e-scooter has left our warehouse, we can no longer make changes to the shipment. Cancelling the order, changing the delivery address or arranging faster delivery will no longer be possible.

Yes. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the parcel.
Sometimes your parcel will not appear in the tracking system until it reaches the first UPS distribution centre. Do not worry – it is still on its way.
Unfortunately not. UPS schedules deliveries. However, you can contact UPS directly with your tracking number to find out what delivery adjustment options are available.

Unfortunately, since Brexit, we are unable to ship to private customers in the United Kingdom.
We use cardboard packaging designed to minimise plastic. Please keep the box – you may need it if you have to return the scooter or report damage.
First, check whether the e-scooter or any accessories are damaged. Then open a support ticket and send us photos or videos of the damage. Manufacturing defects affecting the vehicle are covered by your statutory rights – we will discuss the next steps with you.
Contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Depending on the status of your order and the payment method, we may still be able to change the address. If your parcel has already been dispatched, you can arrange redirection or collection with UPS.
