The steering head keeps the handlebar and display in place.
It fits the Egret X and the Egret Pro.
If you have an Egret Pro with the serial number up to 85999 or an Egret X with the serial number up to 87999, you will also need a new front light bracket V2 (item no. 10100538) in addition to your new steering head as the mounting points have changed.
