This is how it works

Certificate of no objection (issued by the police or the relevant registration authority) as proof that you are the actual owner of the vehicle.
Scan of your identity card
Photo of the factory plate / identification number of your scooter
Your postal address

What happens next?

After a short check, we will send you a new data confirmation by post.

If your e-scooter is under warranty, please upload the invoice documents and take additional photos of the vehicle. Smartphone photos are sufficient for all images. The images help us to assess the damage and the necessary repairs. The more information you provide, the quicker and more effectively we can work. The audio recordings and videos in particular will help us identify issues with the motor.
